Directions to the Grebe Festival Headquarters:
The 2025 Grebe Festival will be held at Plumas Pines Resort on Almanor Drive West in Prattville, CA (directions).
Check-in for most trips and activities, including pontoon boat tours, will occur at Festival Headquarters. Attendees of Prowl for Owls and Dragonfly Odeing will caravan from Festival Headquarters to other areas around Lake Almanor. Chester Bird Walks will meet at the Olsen Barn Meadow parking area (directions).
Due to the unpredictable nature of grebe nesting and water levels, the exact location at which kayak tours will begin will be determined closer to the date of the event and will be emailed to registrants.
